6th August

A quick trip to the Brisbane Show to enjoy the spectacle that is the Santa judging. 88 head (the largest of any breed) paraded in the stud stock classes. Santa's won individual hoof 'n hook classes and the Reserve Champion pen of 6 steers on the hoof.

How is this for a line up? - the 22-24 month bull class with 21 magnificent entries.

8th August

Longrenong Agricultural College Students Liz & Jess are doing a fabulous job of preparing two Riverslea Santa Gertrudis Steers for the Melbourne Show.

We were delighted to be invited to their open day to see the steers in action.
Another 40 days til show day - these two steers will polish up very well.
