Now it's back into the farming side of things. The season is looking pretty good across most of our farms. Silage & hay making is in full swing. We'll harvest oats, wheat & barley this year. Next year we'll try more grain & graze Red Wheat varieties. With the recent purchase of a mixer wagon, the feed will all be tested and then mixed to a 'recipe' before being fed out to our supplementary fed trade cattle.
